Custodian Contract
The Corporation of the Town of Rainy River is seeking interested parties to provide quotes to perform custodian duties for the Municipal Office, the Municipal Public Works Garage and the Rainy River Health Clinic.
The successful contractor will be required to sign a (2 year) contract with the Town for provisions of services.
The contract will include:
All staff must be able to provide a clear criminal records check prior to entering any municipal facility
The Town will provide paper products, cleaning solutions and ice-melter
A fee schedule with an hourly rate to be provided for additional services (start-up of camp ground washrooms, washroom for screen for life van, dental van, eye van)
Successful contractor to provide a minimum of $2 million liability insurance
Contractor to carry WSIB coverage for all staff

Water Treatment Plant Improvements

The Corporation of the Town of Rainy River is seeking interested parties to provide sealed tenders to perform work to complete improvement works to the water treatment plant located at 349 River Avenue, Rainy River, Ontario for a Stipulated Price contract in accordance with Contract Documents.
The lowest or any tender submission may not necessarily be accepted. Firms submitting a tender shall be aware that this is a public process and under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act R.S.O. 1990.
